its successful bid for Package A of the Aquatrine PPP. The
project involved the provision of water and waste water
services to the Ministry of Defence at bases across the west of
England and Wales

Water Treatment
Works
Babcock & Brown advised Northumbrian Lyonnaise
International and Degremont on their successful bid to
design, build, finance and operate this new water treatment
works in Scotland.The project was financed with a 37-year
monoline guaranteed bond – the longest tenor then achieved
in the UK PFI debt market

Babcock & Brown advised Group4 and Tarmac on their
successful bid to design, build, finance and manage the first
UK PFI prison at Fazakerley, Merseyside
