Community Involvement
I want to thank you and your colleagues at The Miller Group for your kind support of
Meagan's Walk: Creating a Circle of Hope and its 13th Annual Meagan's Walk on Saturday,
May 10th. The Miller Group's presence and support with the contribution of the
Miller truck with driver Steve, was critical, and helped ensure the great success of this
year's walk event. With thousands of participants- individuals, families, teams- my family
and I walked and joined hands to form the "hug" around SickKids. I am touched as well
by the growing network of those who live with brain tumours and have joined the "circle
of hope", for whom Meagan's Walk is now "home" and a community of hope.
Meagan’s Walk is indebted to you and Miller Group for all you do to further the mission
of Meagan’s Walk. Your commitment is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely, Denise Bebenek - Founder- Meagan’s Walk
Twenty-nine employees of the Miller Paving Head Office (a.k.a the “Miller Highway Rollers”)
through the streets of historic Unionville on a warm and sunny day. This year’s the ride
was was very meaningful as it was dedicated in memory of our friend and colleague, Monique
Sibb. A special thank you to Linda Cosman for saying a few words about Monique
prior to our ride.
Heart and Stroke research. Thank you to all who participated and made it a very successful
and fun event. Huge thanks to all who made a donation and supported this cause.
The Aurora, Whitby, and Halton Miller Concrete plants,
