Notice two Lords. One who rained on Sodom and Gomorrah
which evidently is the Lord who walked with Abraham to looking
over the cities. But the fire came from the Lord out of heaven.
Psalm 45:6-7 "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A
scepter of uprightness is the scepter of Your kingdom. You have
loved righteousness and hated wickedness; Therefore God,
Your God, has anointed You With the oil of joy above Your
fellows. "
Here God who is God’s God has anointed Him. One to whom
the psalm is addressed and the one who is anointed is anointed
by another person. Evidently the one who is anointed here
refers to Christ.
Isaiah 48:16 Draw near to me, hear this: from the beginning I
have not spoken in secret, from the time it came to be I have
been there." And now the Lord GOD has sent me and his
Spirit.
Here we see three persons: the Lord God who has sent, the one
who was sent and his Spirit.
Hosea 1:7 "But I will have compassion on the house of Judah
and deliver them by Yahweh their God, and will not deliver
them by bow, sword, battle, horses or horsemen."
Here the one who speaks is God and he speaks about delivering
by Yahweh their God.
References to the Spirit of God is found all over right from the
beginning of Genesis. Some special references are found in the
following passages
Gen 1:2; 41:38; Exo 31:3; 35:31; Num 24:2;
1Sa 10:10; 11:6; 19:20; 19:23; 2Ch 15:1; 24:20;
Job 27:3; 33:4;
Eze 11:24.
