7. New Testament Trinity<br />
In fact the ultimate redemption implies that the church is within<br />
Christ and Christ is within Father. This idea is explained in the<br />
concept <strong>of</strong> Theosis in the Eastern Churches.<br />
In the Old Testament, the Cohanim the High Priest blessed the<br />
people according to this commandment<br />
Num<br />
6:23-27 Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this<br />
wise ye shall bless the children <strong>of</strong> Israel, saying unto them,<br />
“ The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:<br />
The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto<br />
thee:<br />
The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee<br />
peace. “<br />
And they shall put my name upon the children <strong>of</strong> Israel; and I<br />
will bless them.<br />
Soon after resurrection and the establishment <strong>of</strong> <strong>Christian</strong><br />
Church groups around the world the benediction form changed<br />
to indicate the Trinitarian aspect as follows<br />
2 Cor 13.14: May the grace <strong>of</strong> the Lord Jesus Christ, and the<br />
love <strong>of</strong> God, and the fellowship <strong>of</strong> the Holy Spirit be with you all.<br />
