This programme is suitable for 16—18 year old non-native speakers of English who have
just arrived in the UK, and for 16+ learners who have attended school here and need
further specialised English support to help them succeed in the UK. The course focuses
on English speaking, listening, reading and writing, Maths up to GCSE level, and other
subjects such as IT, tutorial and enrichment. There are workshops and trips throughout
the year to make the learning rich and interesting. You will have a dedicated tutor who
will guide you and help you achieve your goals. At Entry 3, the programme includes
tasters in a range of different subjects to help you progress onto other college courses
and into the workplace. There is also support for Looked After Children (LACs).
