Have you got what it takes to become a professional in the hospitality and catering industry? Do you want<br />

the chance to work alongside some of the biggest names in the food world? As one of the fastest growing<br />

industries in the world, the competition is fierce but the rewards can be phenomenal. The College works<br />

with leading industry professionals to ensure our courses prepare you for this demanding and exciting<br />

career. Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsay, Brian Turner and Mark Hix have all worked with our students. At<br />

Hammersmith & Fulham College, we have a 120 seat training restaurant, expert teaching staff and industry<br />

standard kitchens which are often used as filming locations for popular food shows such as Jamie’s Kitchen,<br />

Hell’s Kitchen and The Apprentice. Students are strongly encouraged to carry out work experience. As part<br />

of the work experience, our students have had the opportunity to work at Dorset Hotel, Radisson Blu Hotel<br />

Heathrow, BAFTA Piccadilly, Regent’s University London, Brilliant Restaurant and RAC Club, in addition to<br />

working with the Chefs Academy.<br />
