“BOTH THE
COURSE AND THE
COLLEGE HAVE
CHANGED MY
WHOLE LIFE FOR
THE BETTER”
Based at our Ealing Green College, our Art, Design & Creative Media courses are designed to encourage
students’ creativity, artistry and imagination, developing both practical and theoretical skills.
Our courses are for those interested in cutting edge digital work and traditional art, design and media
activities. Students learn to design using various industry-standard equipment and software applications
such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, along with a fully working TV studio and mobile camera
equipment. Course activities cover a range of traditional and new media techniques that include: drawing;
painting; print techniques; typography; packaging; collage; sculpture work; mixed media projects; web design;
animation; storyboarding; magazine design; 3D design; TV & film; digital editing; photography; and advertising.
Regular Art & Design trips are arranged to give our students a chance to experience the broad range of
galleries and exhibitions in London. Courses also feature guest sessions from professional artists and
designers. We also organise a broad range of Media enrichment trips and extra production activities to
enhance our students’ up-to-date knowledge or industry practise, and foster a passion for the creative
industry. Media students also participate in work experience that gives them the opportunity to work with
media professionals on ‘live’ projects.
