Supervision & Leadership you will gain the
skills to help motivate others and ensure
a high standard of service. Ideal for those
who wish to progress their career in the
hospitality and catering industry.
LEVEL 2
INTERIOR SYSTEMS
(DRYLINING)
AGE: 16+ TYPE: PT DURATION: 1 YEAR
A
This apprenticeship will ensure you hit the
ground running in your career as a dryliner.
You will learn a range of skills including
installing proprietary partition systems,
raised access flooring systems
and suspended ceiling systems.
LEVEL 3
PÂTISSERIE &
CONFECTIONARY
AGE: 16+ TYPE: PT DURATION: 1 YEAR

An advanced apprenticeship in Pâtisserie
& Confectionary will help you gain the
specialist skills you will need to produce a
wide range of mouth-watering desserts. This
qualification is ideal for someone with some
catering experience but wishes to specilise
for a career as a pâtisserie chef.
LEVEL 2
PLASTERING
AGE: 16+ TYPE: PT DURATION: 2 YEARS
A
An intermediate apprenticeship in Plastering
will give you the skills to establish your
career as a plasterer. Covering drylining and
plasterboard you will gain an understanding
of the materials and application needed
throughout your career.
LEVEL 2
PLUMBING
AGE: 16+ TYPE: PT DURATION: 2 YEARS
A
Over two years this intermediate
apprenticeship in Plumbing will support you
to gain the skills that will last throughout
your career. You will cover a range of units
including hot and cold water as well as site
preparation. This is an essential qualification
if you wish to qualify as a plumber.

PLUMBING
AGE: 16+ TYPE: PT DURATION: 1 YEAR

Through an advanced apprenticeship in
Plumbing you will develop your skills by
covering central heating systems as well
as installation, commissioning, service and
maintenance techniques.
