A ACTON FACILITIES At our dedicated construction and engineering site, you will find everything you need to hone your skills in your chosen trade. We are also a host college for the annual CITB Construction Skills competition, and manage to secure a number of winners ourselves. WORKSHOPS Here at Acton there are specialist workshops for all disciplines, to allow students to develop their skill set in state-of-the-art facilities. These workshops include: Site Carpentry; Bench Joinery; Machine workshop; Drylining Plastering; Fibrous Plastering; Bricklaying; Construction Operations; Building Services (Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation); Motor Vehicle; Gas Training Centre; and Electrical Installation workshop and Assessment and Training Centres.
