Description
RealGrain is film simulation software that imitates the grain patterns, color, and tonal
response of different films. It takes account of the size of the image, so that the grain
size is proportional to it. It comes with an extensive library of popular color and black
and white films, options for adding tints using the Grain Balance controls, plus full
adjustment for hue, saturation, and brightness.
Having a versatile Color Filter simulation tool for black and white photography,
RealGrain can also convert color images to black and white. You can add traditional
tones to the image, such as sepia, platinum, and others, with full control over the way
they affect highlights and shadows.
There is support for 8 and 16 bits per channel, batch processing via Photoshop Actions,
and support for RGB, Lab, and (single channel) CMYK.
