Dorotheus, the pioneer of establishing the rules for starting<br />

improving the ascendant and its master should be in quality<br />

form and happiness. By form, we mean that the ascendant<br />

should have similar meaning and quality to the meaning and<br />

quality of the need. By quality, we relate such matters as things<br />

to be completed quickly, fast motion, authority and strength to<br />

the fiery constellations. By meaning, we relate such matters as<br />

wars to d"s constellations and we have the need, the master of<br />

the need and the master's master of the need in suitable<br />

positions. The position of the need indicates the beginning of<br />
