<strong>EDC</strong> <strong>2014</strong> Performance Report<br />
On May 26, 2010, the BOD of <strong>EDC</strong> approved the assignment and transfer to EBWPC of all the<br />
contracts, assets, permits and licenses relating to the establishment and operation of the Burgos<br />
Wind Power Project under DOE Certificate of Registration No. WESC 2009-09-004. On<br />
May 16, 2013, EBWPC was granted a Certificate of Confirmation of Commerciality by the DOE.<br />
The Parent Company has submitted a letter of surrender for the Taytay, Dinagat and Siargao<br />
contract areas on December 19, 2011 and the Camuguin contract area on January 11, 2013 and<br />
thus, will not pursue these project areas further. Per Section 4.2 of the WESC, the surrender will<br />
take effect 30 days upon the RE Developer’s submission of a written notice to the DOE.<br />
The Company holds ten (10) Wind Energy Service Contracts (WESC) with the DOE. The WESCs<br />
cover the following:<br />
150 MW wind project in Burgos, Ilocos Norte; under DOE Certificate of Registration<br />
No. WESC 2009-09-004 (25-year contract period expiring in 2034)<br />
84 MW wind project in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte; under DOE Certificate of Registration<br />
No. WESC 2010-02-040 (25-year contract period expiring in 2035)<br />
Burgos 1 wind project in Burgos, Ilocos Norte; under DOE Certificate of Registration<br />
No. WESC 2013-12-063 (25-year contract period expiring in 2038)<br />
Burgos 2 wind project in Burgos, Ilocos Norte; under DOE Certificate of Registration<br />

Solar Energy Service Contract<br />
On August 6, <strong>2014</strong>, the Parent Company entered into SESC No. <strong>2014</strong>-07-088 with the DOE<br />
granting the Parent Company the right to explore and develop the Solar Energy Project.<br />
The Company holds two (2) Solar Energy Service Contracts (SESC) with the DOE. The SESCs<br />
cover areas in the following:<br />
4 MW Burgos, Ilocos Norte; under DOE Certificate of Registration No. SESC <strong>2014</strong>-07-088<br />
(25-year contract period expiring in 2039)<br />
Bago City, Negros Occidental; under DOE Certificate of Registration No. SESC <strong>2014</strong>-04-066<br />
