MENU HIGHLIGHTS<br />
The Daily Menu features favourites such as the Black & White — chocolate<br />
fudge cupcake topped with Madagascar vanilla buttercream or the<br />
Raspberry Ripple — vanilla cupcake with a raspberry ribbon throughout<br />
topped with raspberry buttercream. Special <strong>Flavour</strong>s, such as the Chunky<br />
Monkey — banana & chocolate chunk cupcake topped with milk chocolate<br />
buttercream and candied banana chips— or Custom Cupcakes are<br />
available with 48 hours notice.<br />
Several gluten-free options are available, and food restrictions or allergies,<br />
including peanut, may be accommodated, but please call to inquire.<br />

Each cookie, cupcake and custom cake is an original work<br />
of art at HEY, CUPCAKE! The family-run bakery, owned<br />
by Krista and Heath Trollope, caters to clientele who have a<br />
whimsical and clever sense of taste and style, and an appreciation<br />
of quality. Using only the freshest and finest ingredients, every<br />
order is baked from scratch ... and created with a whole lotta lovin’.<br />

THE SCENE<br />
This small boutique bakery creates custom orders but also serves walk-in<br />
customers. Scan the large variety of enticing selections from the revolving Daily<br />
Menu of freshly baked cookies and cupcakes (Regular size only; Mini and Junior<br />
sizes are available with 24-hour notice).<br />
Cakes are custom made to suit your occasion — think birthdays,<br />
anniversaries, seasonal or theme parties. If you can imagine it, they can create<br />
it! Cakes can be made to serve any size of gathering. A minimum two weeks’<br />
notice is required for any custom cake order, and two months for wedding<br />
