Trading policy
• Terms are strictly 30 days.
• Spare parts prices are wholesale unless otherwise stated.
• All prices are exclusive of G.S.T.
• Welding Guns Of Australia Pty Ltd pursue a policy of continuous research and development and therefore reserve the­­ ­
right to change the specification, design or price without prior notice.
• All prices offered are net ex our works.
Warranty
• Welding Guns Of Australia Pty Ltd warranties all goods as specified by the manufacturer of those goods. This Warranty does
not cover freight or goods that have been interfered with. All goods in question must be repaired by an authorised repair agent as
appointed by this company. Warranty does not cover abuse, mis-use, accident, theft, general wear and tear. New product will not be
supplied until Welding guns of Australian has inspected product returned for warranty and agree’s to replace product. Product will only
be replaced if repair is impossible. If in doubt please ring.
Returned goods
* All claims for damaged, wrongly sent or faulty goods must be made within 72 hours of receiving the goods. All details must be ­
provided with the claim. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for items incorrectly ordered and returned.
Title of Goods
Ownership of goods delivered herewith remain the property of Welding Guns Of Australia Pty Ltd until these goods are paid for. All
customers who enter into a trading relationship with Welding Guns Of Australia Pty Ltd do so under the full ­
understanding of this companies terms and policies. Please refer to sales terms and conditions printed on the back of our invoices for
further information.
Insurance
Goods will only be insured when requested by the purchaser in writing, all insurance costs are to be paid by the purchaser regardless
of whether freight is paid by Welding Guns Of Australia Pty Ltd or purchaser.
Freight Responsibility
All goods dispatched are the responsibility of the purchaser once the goods are loaded on to transport at our premises. ­
This responsibility for loss or damage of goods applies regardless of whether goods are shipped using carrier nominated by Welding
Guns Of Australia Pty Ltd or carrier nominated by the purchaser.
