7 conclusions. We are not offering her as an expert with regard<br />
8 to legal liability of the defendant. Rather, we are offering<br />
9 her expertise as one who is accustomed in her expertise to<br />
10 reviewing the kinds of information that we have in this case<br />
11 as well, and drawing conclusions, again, from an academic<br />
12 standpoint.<br />
13 THE COURT: All right. I think, as we have said<br />
14 earlier in this testimony, that, we are going to have to take<br />
15 question by question, and I will tell you where, if there is<br />
16 an issue, there is an issue.<br />
