Permeabilità orizzontale
L’analisi evidenzia la scarsa
permeabilità dell’area.
La presenza dei due tronconi
ferroviari e del cavalcavia di Corso
Dante fa si che l’area abbia un solo
accesso misto veicolare-pedonale.
La chiusura dei due controviali
del corso e del sottopassaggio del
suddetto cavalcavia influenza in
maniera sfavorevole la viabilità
dell’area.
La morfologia degli edifici e la
densità del costruito impattano in
maniera negativa sulla percezione
dell’area mostrandola come un
elemento unico, chiuso su stesso.
La presenza di barriere all’interno
dell’area ne impedisce la
circolazione all’interno.

pedestrian) the accesses at the
project site.
