Altezza edifici
L’analisi delle altezze evidenzia la
presenza di edifici di altezza media
intorno ai 7 piani.
Per quanto riguarda l’area, l’altezza
massima è di 3 piani. Spiccano i 3
complessi residenziali del parco
muratori a sud Est, gli edifici
per uffici della torre Atc a Sud e
delll’edificio della Stampa ad est.
L’altezza degli edifici prospicenti
l’area fa sì che sia possibile, dal
livello degli edifici presenti nel
lotto, avere una visuale in gran parte
libera solo verso Nord, direzione
Superga. Ciò crea un cono visivo che
per essere espanso necessita di una
sopraelevazione dei fabbricati.
Buildings Heights
The height building analysis shows
that the average height of the area is
around 7 floors.
Regarding specifically the area, the
maximum height is 3 stories. The 3
residential complexes of “muratori”
park, the Atc office tower building
on South-side and the “Stampa”
building on East-side.
The height of the buildings adjacent
the project site makes possible to
have a free view, from the last floor
of the buildings, only towards North,
direction Superga. This ensure that
if we want to increase the view, an
adding of floors is needed.
