3. Il giardino.

Tra la hall e i binari della ferrovia, i

giardini di Pajol si estendono da nord

a sud, longitudinalmente al sito. Un

lungo giardino ferroviario traccia

un percorso continuo: coperto sotto

l’Halle Pajol, aperto più a nord.

Questo spazio lineare è organizzato

in strisce successive, dietro le quinte.

4. L’impronta ecologica dell’edificio.

Il progetto presentato è inteso come

progetto pilota per la città di Parigi,

riducendo al minimo l’impatto

ecologico dell’edificio. Per fare

questo, l’architetto si è occupato dei

seguenti elementi:

a. Flessibilità, smontaggio,

decostruibilità.

b. Bilancio energetico positivo

dell’edificio.

c. Economia e buona gestione delle

risorse, in aria, acqua, materiale.

d. Comfort luminoso.

f. Conservazione della biodiversità.

the need for heating when buildings

are occupied, and to bring significant

comfort in summer.

3. The garden.

Between the hall and the railway

tracks, the Pajol gardens stretch

from north to south, in the largest

dimension of the site. A long railway

garden draws a continuous course:

covered under the Halle Pajol, open

further north. This linear space is

organized into successive strips,

behind the scenes.

4. The ecological footprint of the

building.

The project presented is intended as

a pilot project for the City of Paris,

minimizing the ecological impact of

the building. To do this, the architect

dealt with the following items:

a. Flexibility, dismountability,

deconstructibility.

b. A building with positive energy.

c. Economy and good management

of resources, in air, water, material.

d. Luminous comfort.

f. Preservation of biodiversity.

g. Site.

h. Maintenance .
