HIGH FIVE- PRINCIPLES
OF HEALTHY CHILD DEVELOPMENT
Designed for leaders who work directly with children, this oneday
program focuses on understanding children and how to
create programmes that support healthy child development. This
training is a must for leaders, coaches and volunteers working
with children. It is appropriate for young people (high school/
university) who have a limited formal knowledge about children,
as well as more mature practitioners with direct leadership roles.

This course includes all of the skills taught in emergency first aid,
preventing and treating various first aid emergencies and medical
conditions. Recognized by the Workplace Safety and Insurance

LSS STANDARD FIRST AID with
CPR-C RECERTIFICATION
Designed to recertify your LSS Standard First Aid with CPR ‘C’
award. Approved by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board.
LSS Standard First Aid with CPR-C must be current within 3
years, and candidates must alternate between full and recertification
courses.*Holders of Standard First Aid certificates from other
agencies may not recertify their certificate on a Lifesaving Society
recertification course. They may recertify only with the original
certifying agency. Prerequisite:Lifesaving Society Standard First
Aid with CPR-C.
