Personal Capacity
When compared to the numbers who believe theses requirements to be
important, fewer seem to assess themselves as having the capacity to manage
themselves in this manner (Table 47). However, more than 50% of
respondents felt they had capacity in these areas. Most felt especially
confident in time management but least confident in managing paper work .
Training Options
Options for training were not directly assessed, but the importance of training in
all these areas should be noted.
