evident that all job classes place high priority on the job requirements
associated with programme and project management. Although CESs and
EDOs have placed most significance to these job requirements, a lower
percentage of Subject Advisors have noted these to be essential. The one job
requirement that seems to be consistently important among all job classes is:
Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of projects or
programmes
