When the data is examined by job class (Table 68), it is again evident that<br />

more CESs <strong>and</strong> EDOs assessed themselves as having capacity in these areas<br />

than the Subject Advisor <strong>and</strong> Lecturer counterparts. Again, most are confident<br />

in their ability to influence people. All groups feel least confident about the<br />

establishment <strong>and</strong> maintenance <strong>of</strong> service st<strong>and</strong>ards.<br />
