For a long-term successful implementation of the
EnMS, all employees should be in a position to fulfil
the role intended for them. After you have established

employees.

for the success of the EnMS in your company.
Raising awareness can take place through a variety of
different channels. Appropriate channels include, for

In any case, it is important to motivate the employees
to participate. Provide tips on how one can easily and
simply save energy and communicate achievements

sets a good example. Simple changes in attitude can
be adopted much more easily if top management is
committed and communicates this emphatically.
