Ronnie’s elementary

school class went on

a field trip to the local

police department.

While on their tour, the

police officer showing

them around pointed

out a wall of photos.

“Kids, this is our 10

most wanted fugitives.

These are the men

and woman who have

done some really bad

things and are now on

the run from the law.”

Ronnie raised his hand

and when he was acknowledged,

he asked,

“So all of these photos

are people you are

looking to arrest, but

you haven’t managed

to catch them yet?”

“You are right, young

man,” the officer said.

“We want very badly to

bring these folks into

custody.”

“Then why didn’t

you just arrest them

when you took their

pictures?”
