solutions regarding the Sisma Bonus and create
a scientific committee which, through access
to European funding, they will be able to develop
ad hoc technical projects for the Consortium;
to present itself as an entity of considerable size
to suppliers of materials and services, obtaining
more favourable conditions overall; to access
economic benefits for membership of sector
associations; open relationships with university
bodies to take advantage of technical and design
consultancy; to share human and instrumental
resources; to involve all company functions
(management, technicians, sales, etc..) of each
individual company in order to share information
and experience.
All members will be able to use an Internet
platform that will give them greater visibility
in their geographical area. Shared marketing
activities can be developed through various
communication channels. It will be possible to
establish guidelines for joint strategies between
members. In the field of safety at work, since
all members have to comply with the same
regulations, they will be able to rely on a single
shared consultancy firm. A code of ethics can
be drawn up through relations with universities,
organisations and associations. Another
important target that will be carried out by
the consortium is the start-up of collaborations
with schools and universities. Consorzio per
l’Italia offers university students and/or recent
graduates the opportunity to experience a direct
and qualifying contact with the labour market”.
Thanks to the support of young people through
internships and school-to-work alternation,
a number of activities will be launched
and supported, such as marketing, market
analysis, financial consultancy and scientific
consultancy”. The Consortium,” concludes
Salvatore Nasca, “relies heavily on the support
of young people to carry out its standard
activities and this will represent an opportunity
for young people to enter the labour market.”
CONSORZIO’S SOCIAL INITIATIVES
One of the Consortium’s actions,” adds
Maria Mele, Managing Director of the CPI,
“will be to provide in-depth interdisciplinary
courses focused on the world of elevators, with
lessons given by various figures (technicians,
entrepreneurs, consultants, professors, etc.),
each with their own specialisation, to instil
in the new generations the passion and expertise
needed to approach this ever-evolving working
environment, which offers great opportunities to
those who show real aptitude. These courses will
have the same format in any city they are held
in, in order to provide a uniform preparation
focused on the specific and dynamic needs of the
sector. The existence of these ‘civic schools’ and
the opportunity to attend them could be promoted
by special events created ad hoc (exhibitions,

che, attraverso l’accesso a finanziamenti

globalmente più favorevoli; accedere
ad agevolazioni economiche per l’adesione
ad associazioni di settore; aprire rapporti con enti
universitari per usufruire di consulenze tecniche
e di progettazione; condividere risorse umane
e strumentali; coinvolgere tutte le funzioni
aziendali (dirigenza, tecnici, commerciali,
ecc.) di ogni singola azienda al fine di fornire
informazioni ed esperienza circolari. Tutti i
consorziati potranno usufruire di una piattaforma
internet che darà loro maggiore visibilità
nell’area geografica di competenza. Si potrà
sviluppare un’attività di marketing condivisa
mediante vari canali di comunicazione. Si
potranno stabilire linee guida di strategie solidali
fra i consociati. In materia di sicurezza sul
lavoro, dovendo rispettare le stesse normative,
tutti i consorziati potranno fare affidamento su un
unico studio di consulenza condiviso. Attraverso
rapporti con università, enti, associazioni si potrà
redigere un codice etico di comportamento.
Un altro elemento importante che sarà portato
avanti dal consorzio è l’avvio di collaborazioni
con il mondo scolastico e universitario. Consorzio
per l’Italia offre la possibilità a universitari e/o
neolaureati di sperimentare un contatto diretto e
qualificante con il mondo del lavoro”.
Grazie al supporto dei giovani mediante tirocini
e l’alternanza scuola-lavoro saranno avviate e
supportate alcune attività, come quella di marketing,
analisi di mercato, consulenza finanziaria
e consulenza scientifica”. “Il Consorzio – conclude
Salvatore Nasca - conta molto sul supporto dei
giovani per lo svolgimento delle sue normali attività
e questo per i giovani rappresenterà un’opportunità
di inserimento nel mondo del lavoro”.
LE INIZIATIVE SOCIALI DEL CONSORZIO
“Un’azione del Consorzio – aggiunge Maria
Mele, Consigliere delegato del CPI -
sarà quella di erogare corsi di approfondimento
interdisciplinari focalizzati sul mondo degli
elevatori, con lezioni effettuate da varie figure
(tecnici, imprenditori, consulenti, professori,
ecc.) ognuna con la propria specializzazione,
per infondere nelle nuove generazioni la passione
e la competenza necessarie ad accostarsi a questo
ambito lavorativo sempre in evoluzione e che
offre grandi opportunità a coloro che manifestano
concrete attitudini. Questi corsi avranno
lo stesso format in qualsiasi città si svolgano,
per fornire una preparazione uniforme
e focalizzata al meglio, sulle esigenze specifiche
e dinamiche del settore. L’esistenza di queste
‘scuole civiche’ e l’opportunità di frequentarle
