LET THERE BE LIFE<br />
Light could be diffuse, flickering, shimmering,<br />
dappling, glowing, softened, subdued, and so on.<br />
The aforementioned designs of the ‘medium’ are<br />
merely few examples. What's next is up to the<br />
designers' imagination to create the 'medium' with<br />
the nature of light in mind, adding life to space,<br />
and going beyond the seemingly static building—<br />
or as Henry Plummer puts it in an introduction to<br />
his study on light: ‘For all those seeking to create<br />
space that transcends the physical.’
