• WATER QUALITY AND QUANTITY:
The unit operator shall monitor the fresh water spring located on private land at the mouth of
Jersey Canyon in the SE/4NW/4SW/4 of Section 34, T27N, R4OE, MDB&M unless access to
the spring for monitoring purposes is denied by the private landowners and the unit operator
provides to BLM documentation from the private landowners that access for monitoring has
