Jersey Canyon in the SE/4NW/4SW/4 <strong>of</strong> Section 34, T27N, R4OE, MDB&M unless access to<br />

the spring for monitoring purposes is denied by the private l<strong>and</strong>owners <strong>and</strong> the unit operator<br />

provides to BLM documentation from the private l<strong>and</strong>owners that access for monitoring has<br />
