Teaching About Charitable Giving<br />
Mathew 6 (MEV) 6 “Be sure that you not do your charitable deeds before men to<br />
be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father who is in<br />
heaven.<br />
2 “<strong>The</strong>refore, when you do your charitable deeds, do not sound a trumpet before<br />
you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be<br />
honored by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward. 3 But when you do<br />
your charitable deeds, do not let your le hand know what your right hand is<br />
doing, 4 that your charitable deeds may be in secret. And your Father who sees in<br />
secret will Himself reward you openly.<br />

men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward. 6 But you, when you pray, enter<br />
your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in<br />
secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. 7 But when you<br />
pray, do not use vain repeons, as the heathen do. For they think that they will<br />
be heard for their much speaking. 8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows<br />
