I was only going to use one or two of the manual references but I decided since my ministry and character will be scrutinized by readers disagreeing with my doctrinal positions concerning some of the topics I present here, which I support with scripture and not my opinion, that I will add traceable character references from various locations around the globe so that you will have a clear picture of who I am and the fruit my ministry produces preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ just as the bible teaches the apostles preached, and lived it. DISCOURAGED<br />
Joshua's miraculous recovery had caused me to queson everything I was hearing<br />
in church, and I looked at the Chrisans I knew and asked why everyone was so<br />
lukewarm. I had been filled with the Holy Spirit in September of 2013 and had<br />
been an avid evangelist on the streets of our city every day aer even starng a<br />
Bible study in downtown Tim Hortons so that I could disciple everyone we<br />
introduced to Christ. But church frustrated me, and I did not know what to do.<br />
Oen, I was in tears before God asking him to forgive me for what I thought of His<br />
church. <strong>The</strong>y were lukewarm even cold, and many looked to be faking it. I knew I<br />
didn’t want to be them, but I didn’t know that I didn’t have to be them. In fact, I<br />
thought every day that I was in the wrong and this burden I carried was causing<br />
me to be in sin and I didn’t know what to do.<br />
Looking at the church and the way things were being done I thought there must<br />
be something wrong with me, and then I heard from one of the church elders,<br />
“Brad, don’t worry. We all start out like you and then we calm down.” Calm down!<br />
I thought to myself, I don’t want to calm down! When I look at them calmed<br />
down, they always sing down, and I want to get up and tell someone that Jesus<br />
is real.<br />
So, I decided to write my pastor a leter. I thought if they could only hear me<br />
instead of always brushing me off as a Chrisan who needs to calm down things<br />
would change. <strong>The</strong>y will see that Jesus did these same things and we should be<br />
doing them too and not calm down. We needed to stand up and scream from the<br />
tops of every roof, Repent, and be bapzed every one of you!<br />
Handing the leter to my pastor I asked if I could read it to the church aer he<br />
reviewed it. I was excited, I thought this would work. He would read it, love it, and<br />
let me read it to my church.<br />
This is the leter I wrote on November 16, 2023, to my pastor. I tled it, <strong>The</strong> power<br />
of God sets us free. Realize as you read this, it is unedited and pasted as raw as it<br />
was when I handed it over. Right from my heart to paper.<br />
