Established in Bursa, Lima Logistics was founded by
four partners who are aware that better service can
only be achieved by meeting customer needs in the
best way, and who adopt a flexible and dynamic service
approach as a principle. The meaning of the company’s
name is “Goddess of Beginnings”, it was indeed a brand new
beginning for the founders and for the industry. We conducted
an interview with Sinan Türel, one of the founding
partners of Lima to get the hints led them to their success
of being an internationally recognized and respected brand.

HOW DOES LIMA LOGISTICS POSITION ITSELF IN
TÜRKIYE AND THE GLOBAL MARKET?
As you know, logistics is a deep-rooted industry with a very
long background. And for this reason, it is a market with a
long history and giant players. The main reason for Lima to
have a remarkable place in this market in a short period of
a decade is that it generates customer and project-oriented
solutions. In other words, as Lima Logistics, we approach
each load of each customer as a separate project and generate
solutions specific to that project with the meticulousness
of a tailor.
WHAT ARE THE STRENGTHS OF LIMA LOGISTICS?
One of the most important reasons why companies prefer
us is “instant information”. Since all 4 co-founders of our
company have a long history and deep-rooted experience in
the industry, we know very well the main problems experienced
by customers. One of these problems is that they
have difficulty in finding a respondent or that they can get
information with “tweezers”.
Lima Logistics is a company that has managed to make its
customers say “Rest assured by Lima” thanks to the fact that
we are available 24/7 as a service provider and informs our
customers instantly in all movements of cargo from the origin
to the destination. This has become a corporate culture
in the entire Lima Family from top to bottom.
WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR THE FUTURE?
Lima Logistics will continue its growth trend, which it has
achieved since its establishment, in the coming period. However,
the main point we pay attention to here is to grow and
develop qualitatively while growing quantitatively. In other
words, the quality of the work we do will continue to in-
