General Assumptions<br />

The State will implement e‐<strong>WIC</strong> with integrated ECRs; it will not support st<strong>and</strong>‐beside POS configurations.<br />

Both on‐line <strong>and</strong> off‐line software will be available to be ported from other states for the in‐house solutions.<br />

The e‐<strong>WIC</strong> systsem will be implemented in parallel with the implementation of the State Agency Model (SAM) system.<br />
