Abstract: The <strong>Halsted</strong> B. <strong>Vander</strong> <strong>Poel</strong> <strong>Campanian</strong> <strong>collection</strong> is an archive devoted to the historiography of archaeological<br />

investigations conducted around the Bay of Naples, with particular emphasis on Pompeii. Comprised of manuscripts,<br />

photographs, maps, plans, drawings and the papers of Matteo Della Corte and Tatiana Warscher, it is a comprehensive<br />

resource for researching the excavations at Pompeii and the surrounding area.<br />
