Origin and Breeding<br />

Controlled pollination: seed parent unnamed pink seedling x pollen parent ‘Majestic<br />

Red’. The seed parent is characterised by pink flower colour. The pollen parent is<br />

characterised by purple red flower colour. Hybridisation took place in Tauranga, New<br />

Zealand in 2000. Selection criteria: large number of flowers, superior plant habit.<br />

Propagation: tissue culture. Breeder: BLOOMZ Ltd, Tauranga, New Zealand.<br />
