Zealand within <strong>the</strong> Ministry <strong>of</strong> Economic Development:<br />
· administers <strong>the</strong> <strong>New</strong> Zealand Plant Variety Rights Act 1987.<br />
· acts as advisor to Ministry <strong>of</strong> Economic Development on plant variety protection matters.<br />
<strong>New</strong> Zealand has no National List system.<br />
