As from the UPOV-ROM 2009/03, the Portuguese data includes also records from the
National List.
Date + denomination, proposed, first appearance or first entry in database
This field indicates the date on which the Office received the proposed denomination.
Date + denomination, approved
This field indicates the date on which a certificate of protection has been issued by the
Office with this variety name.
Application number
The application number is a six-character number. The first two figures indicate the year
and the other four the number of order by which the application was accepted by the Office.
