1. Schedule: EXHIBIT I OPERATING HOURS SCHEDULE The schedule shall be mutually agreed up by the City and First Onsite. Initial hours of operation shall be: Monday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Tuesday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Wednesday 7:00 am – 12:00 pm Thursday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm Sunday Closed 2. Holidays: The Clinic shall be closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday following Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day. When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the observance of the holiday will be the previous Friday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the observance of the holiday will be the following Monday. 36
