5.1.6 Define the Communication Pathways
Project Setup
You now have to define the communication pathways.
For the purposes of our example we want to set two
channels, i.e. from PLC1 to IO2 and vice versa:
• Right-click on the icon of PLC1, then select
Graphical Connection from the popup menu. A
question mark will appear next to the mouse pointer.
• Click on IO2. The "Graphical Connection" editor will
appear immediately:
• Click on the Insert PDOs button. The following
dialogue is displayed:
