Todo el procedimiento de cálculo será analizado, verificado y calculado por un Peritaje que efectuará una empresa de auditoría externa entre los meses de septiembre 2011 y marzo de 2012. Las pérdidas de ingresos, netas de costos y gastos de operación no incurridos derivadas de la operación parcial y por etapas de la obra pública que determine mensualmente el peritaje, serán actualizadas al último día hábil del mes de junio 2012, mediante aplicación de tasas reales mensuales cuyo mecanismo queda establecido en el convenio. El costo total del peritaje que realice la empresa auditora adjudicada, será pagado en su totalidad por la Sociedad Concesionaria, y de dicho monto el MOP le reintegrará a ésta el 50%. Preliminarmente el MOP pagará a la Sociedad Concesionaria un total de UF 85.000 hasta que se conozcan las cifras definitivas (marzo de 2012). La diferencia que se produzca entre el pago preliminar pre-citado y el monto de la compensación definitiva determinado, deberá ser pagada * * * * * * por la parte correspondiente el último día hábil del mes de junio de 2012. El monto preliminar señalado, de UF 85.000, fue pagado por el MOP a esta Sociedad Concesionaria con fecha 19 de enero de 2011. En caso de retraso en el pago por parte del MOP o de la Sociedad Concesionaria, está afecto a un interés real diario de 0,0198% entre la fecha estipulada y la fecha del pago efectivo. 26. HECHOS OCURRIDOS DESPUÉS DE LA FECHA DE LOS ESTADOS DE SITUACIÓN FINANCIERA No existen otros hechos ocurridos entre la fecha de cierre de estos estados financieros y la fecha de presentación de estos, que puedan afectar significativamente la interpretación de los mismos. 136
