SPECIFICITES EN SOUS PARTIE F
Case 13 : En supplément, pour les productions selon la sous-partie F, cette case doit inclure la
déclaration de conformité du fabricant selon 21A.130.
La déclaration peut être pré-imprimée, apposée par ordinateur ou à l'aide d'un tampon.
Elle doit être suivie des indications suivantes :
- la signature d'un personnel autorisé par l'industriel selon 21A.130(a)
- son nom
- son titre ou sa fonction
- la date de signature.
Pour navigabilité
Moteurs et hélices :
"I certify that the items identified above were manufactured and were subjected to a final
functional test in conformity to approved design data and are in condition for safe operation".
Autres matériels :
"I certify that the items identified above were manufactured in conformity to approved design
data and are in condition for safe operation".
Pour conformité
Moteurs et hélices :
"I certify that the items identified above were manufactured and were subjected to a final
functional test in conformity to non-approved design data specified herein".
Autres matériels :
"I certify that the items identified above were manufactured in conformity to non-approved
design data specified herein".
Case 15 : Signature manuelle du représentant de l'autorité en tant que validation de la déclaration
de la case 13 de l'industriel, selon 21A.130(d).
"GSAC on behalf of DGAC" et apposition du tampon GSAC personnel.
Case 16 : Reporter la référence complète indiquée dans la lettre d'autorisation délivrée par
l'autorité à l'industriel.
En France : FR.21F.xxxx
Case 17 : Nom de l'inspecteur du GSAC.
