BEAT CELLULITE WITH ENDOSPHERE Un nouveau concept de traitement permet d’identifier les actions thérapeutiques. A new treatment concept for new therapeutic actions. La cellulite est le résultat d’un rapport de force entre la résistance dermique et la pression exercée à l’intérieur des espaces intra-lobulaires du tissu adipeux de l’hypoderme superficiel. Schématiquement sous le derme se trouve l’hypoderme, le logement du tissu graisseux. Les cellules graisseuses sont regroupées dans des lobules. Entre les lobules, on retrouve l’espace interlobulaire où cheminent les vaisseaux notamment lymphatiques et les nerfs. La lymphe (liquide proche de l’eau) qui circule dans les vaisseaux lymphatiques des espaces intra-lobulaires vers la profondeur peut rencontrer des résistances qui peuvent empêcher l’évacuation de la lymphe favorisant ainsi une stase de liquide lymphatique au niveau des espaces inter-lobulaires. Cette dilatation des espaces lobulaires expliquent la pression exercée sur le derme et l’apparition clinique du phénomène de peau d’orange. Ces résistances ou blocages sont de 3 types : accumulation de tissus graisseux (cellulite dite graisseuse), œdème important (cellulite dite aqueuse) et fibrose (évolution vers l’induration des 2 types de cellulite mentionnés). En cas d’absence d’obs- Cellulite is the result of a ratio of power between dermal resistance and the pressure exerted inside the intra-lobular spaces in the adipose tissue, in the superficial hypodermis. Schematically, underneath the dermis lies the hypodermis, the home of fatty tissue. The fat cells are grouped together in lobules. Between the lobules is the intra-lobular space through which the vessels, mainly lymphatic, and nerves run. The lymph – a water-like liquid that circulates in the intra-lobular spaces in the lymphatic vessels and towards the deeper layers – can meet resistance, which can prevent it from being evacuated and thus leads to this lymphatic liquid stagnating in the inter-lobular spaces. This dilation of the inter-lobular spaces explains the pressure exerted on the dermis and the clinical appearance of “orange-peel” skin. These resistances or blockages can be split into 3 types: accumulation of fatty tissue (adipose cellulite), significant swelling (aqueous cellulite) and fibrosis (the hardening of the two types of cellulite previously mentioned).
