Un concetto di manutenzione
completamente nuovo
La nuova RedUnit XRL260 è un potente trituratore
a due alberi, azionato da un motoriduttore
per albero fino a 37 kW, una portata che
può raggiungere 100 t/h circa. I motori di ciacun
albero consentono ai rotori di funzionare
autonomamente: anche a velocità diverse o in
direzioni opposte per adattare individualmente
il processo di macinazione ai materiali da trattare.
Per la manutenzione, Vogelsang ha sviluppato
un concetto di service nuovo. I rotori
del trituratore possono essere facilmente rimossi
e sostituiti con l'ausilio di uno strumento
di montaggio, grazie a comodi sportelli di apertura
laterale. I sistemi di alimentazione e scarico
non devono essere smantellati per questo
processo e rimangono inalterati. Questo significa
che la sostituzione può essere effettuata
da una singola persona, in autonomia. I corpi
estranei all’interno del materiale in ingresso
che bloccano il processo possono essere rimossi
dalla RedUnit senza dover svuotare faticosamente
la tramoggia.

Largest industrial grinder
Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG has further developed its RedUnit grinding
system and launches the RedUnit XRL260, its largest industrial
grinder. The new RedUnit reduces large quantities of solid materials
in a short time and is therefore ideal for processing abattoir waste,
food waste and recycling materials. Two geared motors, each with
up to 37 kW, ensure high throughput performance of up to 100
m3/h. Lateral service hatches – part of the new Vogelsang service
concept – offer direct, simplified access to the rotors. In addition,
it is now easier to remove foreign bodies, since the fill area of the
machine no longer requires elaborate clearing.
The RedUnit's core features two ripper rotors, each driven by his
own motor.
Users can individually guide the rotation direction and speed of the
respective rotors. If materials block the rotors, they reverse and
the foreign bodies can be removed through the lateral hatches.
The hatches offer direct, easy access to the rotors.
As a result, the latter are easy to reach with the associated installation
tools during maintenance or replacement.
One person can demount the ripper rotors independently. Removing
the feed and discharge systems is unnecessary.
Vogelsang thus has boosted the system's availability and cut the
downtime of the machine to a minimum.
Support feet, a filling shaft or a system solution for easy integration
with existing installations are also available as additional options.
