9.1 Useful contacts for advice
Law Centre (NI)

The Law Centre provides legal services in social security, health and social care, employment
rights and trafficking. You should first contact your local refugee support organisation,
advice agency or Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) for advice, and they will refer you to the Law
Centre if needed.
The Law Centre works with advice-giving agencies to solve legal problems. It provides
specialist legal advice to these agencies and their clients, as well as representing clients in
court. It does not charge for its services.

The Law Centre tries to ensure that interpreters are available if required. It also has access
to telephone interpreters.
