Umsetzungsplan E-Mobilität
Die Markteinführung der ersten serienmäßig
hergestellten Elektrofahrzeuge hat in den letzten
Jahren stattgefunden. Nun muss Ladeinfrastruktur
geschaffen und alles getan werden,
damit die Elektromobilität reibungslos
funktionieren kann. In Car-Sharing-Projekten
und Firmenfuhrparks werden bereits die ersten
Erfahrungen mit der Anwendung der Elektrofahrzeuge
gemacht. Was kann man aus diesen
Erfahrungen lernen und sich für die Zukunft zu
Nutze machen?

The market introduction of the first massproduced
electrical vehicles took place over
the last few years. Now a charging infrastructure
has to be created and everything has to
be done for electromobility to work without
hindrances. Car-sharing projects and company
car parks are already taking the first steps in
gathering experience with the use of electric
vehicles. What can be learned from these efforts
and said in the future?

Seit 1998 ist Prof. Ing. Mag. Dr. Robert Kremlicka Vice President

Vorstände großer Unternehmen aus Branchen wie Automobil,
Finanzinstitutionen, Telekom, Energiewirtschaft, Transport,

Als Geschäftsführer hat Kremlicka die Wiener Tochtergesellschaft

Robert Kremlicka has been the vice-president of A.T. Kearney
Inc., Chicago, one of the largest consulting companies in the
world and a leader in the fields of strategy organization and
business transformation since 1998. He advises the boards of
major companies in the automotive, finance, telecom, energy,
transport and commercial as well as production sectors. He has
also advised public institutions and non-profit organizations in
the central European region. As managing director, Kremlicka
founded a subsidiary in Vienna and quickly developed into a
leading consulting company in Austria within a very short time.
He took part in an international management buyout in 2005
and has since become a partner in the global A.T. Kearney network.
Before becoming a consultant, Kremlicka was a board
member and managing director in leading companies in the
automotive, engineering and telecom industry in Austria and
abroad.

Heimo Aichmaier ist Geschäftsführer der Austrian Mobile Power.
Austrian Mobile Power vereint als The e-mobility alliance
Österreichs Spitzenrepräsentanten aus den führenden Technologieunternehmen
Österreichs. Bis 2012 war er als Koordinator
der Elektromobilität im Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Innovation
und Technologie für die strategische Entwicklung, Steuerung
und Integration von Maßnahmen und Aktivitäten der E-
Mobilität in das österreichische Verkehrssystem zuständig.

Heimo Aichmaier is the managing director of Austrian Mobile
Power. Austrian Mobile Power brings together representatives
from Austria’s leading technology companies to create the Austrian
e-mobility alliance. He was the coordinator for electromobility
in the Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology
until 2012, where he was responsible for the strategic development,
steering and integration of measures and activities concerning
e-mobility in the Austrian transport system.
The united power of leading companies along with the exchange
of ideas and information is necessary to sustainably
advance the establishment of electric mobility. Attractive
framework conditions make a valuable contribution to generating
investments that shall also be secure in the future.

Frankl-Templ
Bundesministerium für Verkehr,
Innovation und Technologie
Daphne Frankl-Templ ist seit September 2009 Koordinatorin für
Elektromobilität im Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Innovation
und Technologie. Sie studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität
Wien und besuchte danach den postgradualen Lehrgang
für politische Öffentlichkeitsarbeit der Universität Wien. Von
2005 bis 2008 arbeitete sie in verschiedenen Rechtsanwaltskanzleien.
Danach war sie als parlamentarische Mitarbeiterin des
liberalen Forums, Trainee bei der Österreichischen Industriellenvereinigung
und für die Siemens AG Österreich tätig.
Das bmvit investiert seit Langem in die angewandte Forschung
und Entwicklung im Bereich innovativer Fahrzeugtechnologien.
Dies mit dem Fokus Integration innovativer
Technologien für E-Fahrzeuge und E-Infrastrukturen in ein
umweltfreundliches effizientes Gesamtverkehrssystem. Wegbereiter
dafür sind die bereits etablierten Leuchtturmprojekte.
Darüber hinaus geht es verstärkt um ordnungspolitische Rahmenbedingungen
zur Orientierung und Umsetzung einheitlicher
nationaler Mindestanforderungen bei Planung, Errichtung
und Betrieb von E-Mobilitäts-Lösungen.
Daphne Frankl-Templ has been the coordinator of electromobility
at the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology
since September 2009. She studied law and attended
a postgraduate program for political public relations work at
the University of Vienna. Frankl-Templ worked for different legal
firms from 2005 to 2008 before becoming a parliamentary staff
member of the Liberales Forum political party. She was also a
trainee at the Federation of Austrian Industries and also worked
for Siemens AG Austria.
The Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology
(BMVIT) has invested in the applied research and development
of innovative vehicle technologies for a long time. The
focus has been on the integration of innovative technologies
for e-vehicles and e-infrastructure in an eco-friendly, efficient
overall transport system. Flagship projects have already been
established to lead the way. Beyond these initiatives, greater
stress should be placed on organizational-political framework
conditions that serve for orientation and the implementation
of uniform national minimum requirements for the planning,
construction and operation of e-mobility solutions.
