Verleihung des zweiten Nobelpreises an Maria
Skłodowska-Curie.
Aus diesem Anlass haben die Künstler des
Good Looking Studio, im Auftrag der Hauptstadt
Warschau, auf einer Bibliothekwand in
der Lipowa-Straße 3 eine große 3D- Wandmalerei
angefertigt, die Maria Skłodowska-Curie
bei der Arbeit darstellt. Das ist der erste Teil
des „Ich bin in Warschau geboren“ - Projekts.

atheistisch zu leben pflegte, wurde Maria
Skłodowska als Kind in der Gemeindekirche
der Neustadt getauft.

occasion the Metropolitan City of Warsaw commissioned
the artists from Good Looking Studio
to create a 3D mural portraying the Nobel-winner
on the wall of the Library at 3 Lipowa St. This is

Die Feierlichkeiten zum Maria-Skłodowska-
Curie-Jahr in Polen und zum Internationalen
Chemie-Jahr 2011 waren die Auslöser zu
diesem Projekt. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts
werden im Frühjahr in Warschau weitere Installationen
zu sehen sein, die zu Ehren der
großen Wissenschaftlerin und ihres Beitrages
zur Chemie aufgestellt erden.

the first step of the project I Was Born in Warsaw,
