daughter Resalah, Rajana founded a widespread
family that extends to Italy, while
Rewjana is best known for her grandson Al
Azim, who was one of the most successful
endurance stallions in Germany with Doriz
Melzer in the 1980s. She was also the dam
of the stallion Shahil (by Shaeen). Nothing
of Rualla remained at the Ismer Stud. She
herself was eventually sold to Dr. Piduch and
produced two more daughters, but nothing
has survived.
Of the five foals that Inazzah had in Achental,
the offspring of her daughter Iryna (by
Borys), who was sold to Austria, is still widespread,
and there are many mares of breeding
age alive today.
IS Piazola (Gazwan Al Nasser / IS Perija) *2011 is an example of recent breeding, when
modern show blood was introduced, which met predominantly Polish bred broodmares.

lion Shagar, who was almost a carbon copy
of his sire, they kindled my love for Arabian
horses, which was to determine my further
life. Without them, I probably wouldn't be
writing these lines today.
But back to their importance in breeding.
Like Kowiszkah, all three mares were very
fertile with numerous daughters. However,
their dam lines at the Ismer Stud have not
survived to this day. But that doesn't mean
they didn't have an impact; their families are
still represented in the Arabian breed, if not
in Ströhen.
In terms of overall breeding, Rualla was probably
the most important of them. But that
was mainly due to her Wisznu daughters,
who were bred at Achental, especially Razzinah
with her large family. Rolf Ismer bred
three more foals with Rualla: the licensed
stallion Rabdan (by Wisznu) and the two
mares Rajana (by Demir) and Rewjana (by
Shagar). They were all sold. Through her

Inazzah's first daughter bred by Rolf Ismer,
Indira (1967 by Demir), was sold to the Ostenfelde
Stud together with her two daughters
by Shagar. From there, the younger
daughter Isoka moved to Switzerland, where
she produced the very successful stallion Jaragon
al d'Ama (by El Shaklan). The branch
of the Indira daughter Indschima II (by Euben)
has survived to this day; one of the better-known
representatives is the VZAP elite
mare Israa Al Ghaliya (Amurath Muntahi /
Black Ibnaa), born in 2007.
Four daughters of Inazzah were used as
broodmares at the Ismer Stud. Inshalla (1969
by Ghazal) produced Ishtah (by Diem), who
was sold but founded a large family. A prominent
representative of this branch was the
VZAP elite stallion Al Adiyat Inshass (Messaoud
/ Inshasah out of Ishtah). Inshalla's
branch survived at the Ismer Stud until the
early 1990s, as did that of her three-quarter
sister Ifra (Shagar / Inazzah).
The most successful Inazzah daughter at the
Ismer Stud was Ildrima (by Diem), born in
1975. It is only through her that this line is
still found there today, namely through her
great-great-grandson, the VZAP elite stallion
Madkours Impuls (Madkour I / Imperia).
He delivered some excellent broodmares
and also brought this bloodline to Marbach
as a leased stallion. The dam line lasted through
the Neman daughter Inazaa and her
offspring until around 2010, but there are no
more representatives of the Inazzah family
listed in the current broodmare inventory.
While Inazzah's blood is still in the stud, at
least through Madkour's Impuls, Wiszkha's
lineage is now completely gone. In the beginning
she was very successful. Wiszkha's
daughter Wielka (by Demir) was one of the
