Complementary therapies<br />
Complementary therapies an introducti<strong>on</strong><br />
This short introductory course allows learners to develop an awareness of complementary therapies and the benefits this<br />
can bring to an individual. In each sessi<strong>on</strong> you will explore a different aspect of complementary therapies which includes<br />
aromatherapy, Indian head massage and reflexology. You can then progress <strong>on</strong>to the more in depth courses around each<br />
topic.<br />

Reflexology<br />
Reflexology helps to balance and strengthen the body’s natural immune and healing systems by using gentle pressure to<br />
specific points <strong>on</strong> the feet and hands. You will learn a routine for a full reflexology treatment via weekly practical sessi<strong>on</strong>s.<br />
