The experiments of basic flotation<br />

were carried on the samples of ground<br />

smelter slag under the same conditions but<br />

with various grinding fineness, in order to<br />

determine the effect on copper recovery.<br />

All experiments of basic flotation were<br />

carried out in the Denver flotation<br />

machine, chamber volume of 2.4 dm 3<br />

rotor speed of 1500 min -1 . Table 5<br />

presents the results of experiments.<br />
