decide you no longer want it. You return to the shop<br />
and explain this to the salesperson. What happens?<br />
Your bike tyre is flat. You take your bike to the<br />
shop and you are sold a new tyre which is too<br />
big. You go back to the store. What happens?<br />
Your younger sister receives a fishing rod <strong>for</strong><br />
her birthday. When she unwraps the rod, the<br />
fishing reel is cracked and will not wind the<br />
fishing line. You have the receipt and take the<br />
rod back to the store. What happens?<br />
You purchase a new watch <strong>for</strong> a relative.<br />
When you get home, you notice the watch-band<br />
is broken. When you return to the store it<br />
displays a “no refund” sign at the counter.<br />
What happens?<br />
Your parents buy a new LCD television.<br />
Four weeks after purchasing the TV is stops<br />
working. Dad says “We’ll get a refund” and goes<br />
to the store. What happens?<br />
