even <strong>organic</strong> Starbucks C<strong>of</strong>fee during OTA’s All Things <strong>Organic</strong> Conference and Trade Show in<br />

May. In ano<strong>the</strong>r breakthrough, OTA worked with Haute on <strong>the</strong> Hill, caterer at <strong>the</strong> U.S. House <strong>of</strong><br />

Representatives, to provide an <strong>organic</strong> luncheon at <strong>the</strong> Rayburn House Office Building during<br />

OTA’s annual Congressional Education Day event in September. It was <strong>the</strong> caterer’s first <strong>organic</strong><br />

event at <strong>the</strong> U.S. House <strong>of</strong> Representatives.<br />
