2.5.7.4. Second Layer. After the first layer is complete, align the second<br />

layer as depicted in Figure 2.26. Seal both layers <strong>to</strong>gether using the geotextile<br />

flaps located at the bot<strong>to</strong>m of the second layer and use the plastic ties <strong>to</strong><br />

connect them. Uniformly fill the second layer as previously described.<br />
